Designed to take extreme loads and torque at a wide temperature range, this grease is the secret sauce for cyclists who look for perfection at the deepest level. If you are obsessed about high quality and high performance, this grease is your silent partner, making every ride as smooth as butter. You can feel it work the bearings to give their best. Not recommended to be used for other parts, though can make up for emergencies. For low-load components, you can switch to MPG (Multipurpose Grease) which is designed to give a better performance for other parts.
Clean and degrease the bearings and get rid of all the old grease, grime, dirt and gunk. Do NOT use a rust remover/anti-rust spray to clean, unless the bearings are rusted. Once you ensure that the parts to be greased are clean and completely dry and free of oil and moisture, you can apply the required amount of grease and fit them back into the bike.
You can vary the amount of grease in the empty spaces between the balls and casing in the ball bearings from 50% to 90%, depending on the type of output you are looking for. Just remember that the amount of grease you apply is directly proportional to the longevity of the grease, but indirectly proportional to the speed and acceleration you get.
Use gloves while applying the grease, make sure the gloves are clean and dry. Recommended Degreaser: Quick Dry Degreaser (BCCQ)
